We want our colleagues to be comfortable whilst still maintaining a professional image. Our dress code is smart casual across each office, with no sportswear or trainers. We do have a more relaxed dress code on Fridays.

We do not have set uniforms for office-based roles, but instead have a smart casual dress code. Some roles, such as drivers and interchange-based roles, are required to wear a uniform due to working in a customer-facing environment.

Our successes wouldn’t be possible without the hard work of our colleagues, and we value the contributions each team member makes. Work-life balance is vital, and we offer a variety of company benefits to ensure our colleagues feel rewarded, from holiday allowance to additional annual leave days. See our benefits page for more information.

Our team sizes vary depending on the requirements of the team. Our Contact Centre is our largest department, whilst some areas of the business have small but busy teams.

We believe that our colleagues are happiest and the most productive when working together in the office. However, hybrid/remote working may sometimes be available dependent on the role and the requirements of the team. If this is something which you feel you need, please ask about this during the application stage, and we will be more than happy to discuss further.

Our working hours are role dependent and should be enquired about on application. Some roles will work in a typical ‘9-5’ structure, whilst others are required to work in shifts to ensure we have coverage at different times. Our offices are open 7 days a week (closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day).
